As of July 2025, due to my Midwifery Apprenticeship , I will no longer be attending birth as a doula. However, my schedule is always available to returning clients until 2028.

Postpartum Support

A Postpartum Doula is the ultimate form of self-care. Imagine allowing yourself the time to heal after birth, emotionally and physically. I am here to help this life transition be as seamless as possible. Allow me to be your hands and feet for a few weeks as you enjoy every second of your new baby (or let me cuddle them while you take a shower, it’s whatever you need, really).

What’s included?

CONSULTATION CALL

30 minute Zoom call, before you book me, to understand your postpartum needs.

ONE VIRTUAL CALL

60 minute Zoom call. Making a game plan for your individualized care plan.

6 DAYTIME VISITS

6 hour days. Anything from light housekeeping, breastfeeding support, newborn care while you rest, meal prep, emotional and physical healing support. You choose.

UNLIMITED PHONE SUPPORT

Yes, I’m also awake at 2 am. Baby blues are intense, but good news, I’m (almost) always awake in the night. Text me and I’ll be an ear for you.

AYURVEDIC BELLY BINDING

It’s like a healing hug. 40 days of traditional belly wrapping, I’ll teach you how to wrap yourself using organic cotton and infused oils.

Postpartum Doula support has a starting investment of $1600. Payment plans are available to everyone.

Because sometimes you need more. Additional services available to add on to any package, or as is. Feel free to reach out with any questions you may have regarding the following services.

  • Only need help building your birth plan and discussing your options during birth? Schedule a 60 minute zoom call to gather all of the information you need.

    $50

  • 90 minutes virtual or in-person. Can include anything from labor preparation, pain management, newborn care or whatever else we can fit in.

    $120

  • Life can get overwhelming after the birth of a new baby. Postpartum visits include anything from emotional healing, newborn support, or light household chores.

    $45/hr with a minimum of 4 hours.

  • Intended to help support the pelvic floor after birth, postpartum belly binding is an ancient practice of wrapping the belly taut with cloth. You will receive two wraps, belly oil, and all the information you need to successfully belly bind for 4o days following birth.

  • Breastfeeding can be hard, you’re not alone! I offer a prenatal or postpartum visit to help prepare and establish good breastfeeding habits for you and baby. Expect a 2 hour visit.

    $120
